What are Ninja classes?
Ninjas is a Martial Arts System designed specifically for children between the ages of 5 and 8. The sessions are intended as an introduction to TaeKwon-Do and the Martial Arts! Ninja sessions are run in a safe and friendly atmosphere by fully qualified TaeKwon-Do Instructors! The Impact TaeKwon-Do Ninjas System was designed by Mr S. Bridges (3rd Degree Blackbelt) Senior Instructor of Impact TaeKwon-Do Coventry.
The Ninjas System is constantly evolving and is producing some very talented Martial Artists...! Some as young as 5 Years Old....!
What benefits are there for my children joining the Ninjas Class?
At Impact TaeKwon-Do, we believe that the wish for every parent is for their children to grow into happy, healthy, respectful and confident individuals that can cope with what ever life throws in their way! Using TaeKwon-Do and Martial Arts training is one of the best ways of achieving this!
Our Ninjas system is based around five tenets (or personal attributes)
Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit
Learning these life skills will have positive MENTAL and PHYSICAL effects for your children!
What happens in a typical Ninjas class?
All Ninjas will learn basic TaeKwon-Do techniques (punches, kicks and blocks) that will not only teach them how to defend themselves but will also improve their fitness, co-ordination, balance, flexibilty, control, focus, self-confidence and memory! Impact TaeKwon-Do believes that ALL Ninja sessions should be FUN and REWARDING, therefore ALL sessions are based around FUN drills and Games!
We don't rush our Ninjas through the grades! We allow them the time to become accustomed to TaeKwon-Do and the discipline involved! There is no pressure to progress! The children work at their own pace to achieve their own goals!
To help them along the way, special awards are presented during Ninja training sessions! The children are given incentives to progress, achieve and better themselves to gain these awards! And the results produced are outstanding...!! We are very proud of our Ninjas...!
